Returns - Exchanges

 

We are certain that you will greatly enjoy your Steady Betty product, but sometimes things happen.

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first three days of your purchase, we will exchange the product for another. 

Exchanges will only be accepted on new and un-used merchandise!! Some products may require a re-stocking fee.                        

 You are responsible for shipping charges.

An exchange will be made upon receiving the merchandise in new un-used condition.

All packages are to be fully insured.You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

There are no refunds or exchanges on items damaged in shipping.In that case,you must file a claim with the carrier.

We do not refund shipping cost or credit card fees under any circumstance.
